He is well-versed in loan program guidelines and even teaches continuing education (CE) classes to the local real estate community on several topics, including FHA and VA loans, the mortgage process, compliance, and more. Using this knowledge, Jay is able to provide every customer with multiple options for their home purchase or refinance and make sure each customer closes the best loan for their individual circumstance.

Jay is a graduate of Georgia Tech and XINNIX, the mortgage academy of excellence. In his free time, Jay enjoys serving at his church and coaching his son's baseball team.
